She has thirty years of medical experience in Ukraine. She has the right to practice medicine in Poland since 2022. A graduate of the Dnieper National University named after Olesya Honchar in Ukraine. She was the chief allergist of the Mykolaiv Region of Ukraine from 2002 to June 2022, when the hospital in Mykolaiv was destroyed by a rocket attack. Until the outbreak of war, she taught medical students in allergology at the Donetsk Medical University. She was also a lecturer at the Primary Vocational School in Mikołajewo for pediatric nurses. Active participant of international conferences and symposiums. Promoter of a healthy diet and building immunity through physical activity.

She completed a master's degree in pedagogy in the field of primary education at the University of Lodz, post-graduate studies in care and educational pedagogy with pedagogical therapy and post-graduate studies in speech therapy. She also completed postgraduate studies in Neurologopedics at the Higher School of Health Sciences in Bydgoszcz. She gained experience working in primary schools as an early childhood education teacher and speech therapist, and in kindergarten as a preschool education teacher and speech therapist.

Neurologist Vira Chepa has 45 years of medical experience, including 33 years in pediatric neurology. A graduate of the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Institute in Ukraine, city of Dnipro. Within a year, she completed a pediatric internship at the Municipal Children's Clinical Hospital in Dnipro, and in 1992 she completed a pediatric neurology internship. In Ukraine, she holds the highest qualification category in the field of pediatric neurology. In 2018, she obtained the authorization to practice pediatric neurology privately. For almost 20 years, she has been a member of the Ukrainian League Against Epilepsy and a member of the Ukrainian and European Association of Pediatric Neurologists. From 2017 to 2018, she conducted clinical research on the therapeutic drug Levicitam, in the form of an oral solution, for the treatment of epilepsy. She has published works. An active participant in international conferences, symposiums, and master courses. Due to the war in Ukraine, she participates online. For ten years, she worked as an outpatient pediatric neurologist at a children's hospital. For eighteen years, she worked as a pediatric neurologist and neurophysiologist at a psychiatric hospital. She works part-time in a private clinic and at a children's home for those with developmental disorders of the nervous system. Due to the war in Ukraine, she resides in Poland, in the city of Kutno. She is authorized to practice medicine and fulfill medical duties on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
