He graduated from medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical Academy in Łódź in 1988. He started working at the Kutno Hospital in October 1988. He passed the specialization exam for the second degree of specialization in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system in 1999. He completed postgraduate studies in the field of Health Care Institutions Management at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2006. He completed post-graduate studies in Insurance Medicine and Jurisprudence at the Medical University of Warsaw in 2017. In 2005-2006, he was the Director of SPZOZ in Kutno. In the years 2006 - 2013, deputy medical director and then director of the Specialist Hospital.
