Neurologist Vira Chepa has 45 years of medical experience, including 33 years in pediatric neurology. A graduate of the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Institute in Ukraine, city of Dnipro. Within a year, she completed a pediatric internship at the Municipal Children's Clinical Hospital in Dnipro, and in 1992 she completed a pediatric neurology internship. In Ukraine, she holds the highest qualification category in the field of pediatric neurology. In 2018, she obtained the authorization to practice pediatric neurology privately. For almost 20 years, she has been a member of the Ukrainian League Against Epilepsy and a member of the Ukrainian and European Association of Pediatric Neurologists. From 2017 to 2018, she conducted clinical research on the therapeutic drug Levicitam, in the form of an oral solution, for the treatment of epilepsy. She has published works. An active participant in international conferences, symposiums, and master courses. Due to the war in Ukraine, she participates online. For ten years, she worked as an outpatient pediatric neurologist at a children's hospital. For eighteen years, she worked as a pediatric neurologist and neurophysiologist at a psychiatric hospital. She works part-time in a private clinic and at a children's home for those with developmental disorders of the nervous system. Due to the war in Ukraine, she resides in Poland, in the city of Kutno. She is authorized to practice medicine and fulfill medical duties on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

She graduated from medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical Academy in Łódź in 1991. She started her internship at the Kutno Hospital in 1991. She passed the specialization exam for the second degree of specialization in neurology in 1999. From 1993 to 2010 she worked as a junior and then a senior assistant at the Department of Neurology in Kutno. She has nearly 30 years of experience as a neurologist specialist.
